Fl. forming a double triangle, 109mm wide; perianth segments 44mm long, obovate in outline, rounded at apex, spreading, plane or with margins incurved, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping a quarter; corona 40mm long, cup-shaped, smooth, mouth straight and even, with rim rolled and entire.
Named for Loch Loyal which is a Scottish lake and this flower’s glow.
